We’re excited to introduce Sarah, our cardio kickboxing instructor at BlackEye Athletics. With over five years in the fitness and boxing world and two years of coaching experience, Sarah is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Inspired by the importance of channeling energy positively, she combines weight training with intense bag work for a comprehensive workout.
Sarah believes the greatest benefit of cardio kickboxing is stress relief. Her classes are energized with playlists featuring rock and hip-hop to keep everyone motivated. She emphasizes building personal connections with new members to help them feel comfortable and confident. To stay current, Sarah follows UFC fighters and incorporates elements of their routines into her classes.
Her goal is to create an environment where members are eager for more, constantly pushing their limits. Outside the gym, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the range, riding 4 wheelers, and watching movies. Before the pandemic, she co-owned a successful boxing gym, promoting young fighters.
