Bryan Keith

Owner / Muay Thai Coach

Bryan has dedicated nearly two decades to mastering the art of Muay Thai. His journey began almost 20 years ago when a visit to a gym to learn boxing turned into a lifelong passion for Muay Thai. Since then, Bryan has competed as an amateur locally, in the IKF, and the WKA, and has never looked back.

As an instructor, Bryan finds immense joy in developing the fighting spirit within his students. His teaching style is intense and demanding, yet balanced with moments of light-heartedness. He believes in pushing his students to new levels, both in class and in life, expecting them to give 100% during each session. Bryan’s favorite techniques are knees and elbows—Muay Khao—reflect his deep understanding and appreciation of the art of Muay Thai.

Bryan’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his daily strive to be 1% better, both as a coach and as a human being. His ultimate goal is to see Muay Thai represented in the Olympics, a testament to his ambitious vision for the art. Owning BlackEye Athletics was a natural progression in his martial arts journey, allowing him to create an enviroment for students to grow both physically and mentally.

In addition to his Muay Thai expertise, Bryan has started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu whenever he can find time. As a military veteran, Bryan brings a disciplined and resilient mindset to everything he does, making BlackEye Athletics not just a gym, but a thriving community where the fighting spirit is nurtured and celebrated.
