As the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of our gym, I bring over 20 years of experience from the casino gaming and hospitality industry, having worked with Fortune 500 companies. My career has been marked by a commitment to operational excellence, business growth, and employee development. I’ve held roles such as Director of Security, VP of Casino Operations, and General Manager. In these positions, I successfully managed operations with significant financial responsibilities, overseeing revenues up to $130 million and generating EBITDA over $72 million.

I am also the CEO and owner of Royal Ops Consulting, where we deliver tailored services in leadership, operations, training, and diversity. At our gym, BlackEye Athletics, I am committed to fostering a welcoming environment alongside my husband, Bryan. Outside of work, I value spending time with my family, which includes my three adult daughters and the amazing bonus family members I gained through my marriage to Bryan. While Bryan has always had a passion for the gym and martial arts, I am just starting out on this journey and find it rewarding. I also enjoy cooking, volunteering in the community, and supporting those in need.
